Consulting
Sometimes the perspective of an experienced and unbiased observer is all you need to grab a hidden jewel in your own backyard. It was there all the time, but your prior success had focused your attention away from it. Let me help you find it.
Communication is one of those fields that cuts into virtually every type of human activity: business, government, industry, volunteer work, faith, education. I understand how each of these activities is different and can apply Healthy Influence exactly how your activity requires it.
Consulting also demands confidentiality, conscientiousness, and good character. You are part of an organization that is built on traditions, institutions, and policies that are unique and warrant respect and honor. I would appreciate an invitation to work in your world.
Training, Instruction, Mentoring, Coaching
Whether you and your team are already experienced communication professionals or whether you are motivated, but lack the background, I can train you in the concepts of Healthy Influence that you need to accomplish your goals.
I have a long, wide, and diverse background in training and instruction. I've worked with people as young as six years old and with adults much older than that in years, but still young at heart. I can design a unique program of learning or provide general training and instruction in the Healthy Influence approach to persuasion and influence.
Project Leadership and Execution
I can lead your personnel in the creation, execution, and evaluation of a Healthy Influence project while you maintain overall control of the project and its resources. It is to your advantage to acquire independent skill in Healthy Influence rather than out-sourcing the activity to an off-shore group. The best way to acquire that skill is from my leadership of your people and resources under your control.
Why would you contract me as a temporary project leader rather than outsource the entire operation? Granted, if you outsource the project, you outsource all the operational, day-in-day problems. But you give up control, knowledge, training, and ability to execute another Healthy Influence project on your own.
I have many successful years experience as a project leader and as a leader of project leaders. I can plug into an existing program team and provide expert guidance and leadership in the creation, execution, and evaluation of a Healthy Influence project. Not only can we create a successful project that achieves your goals, but your will also acquire first hand knowledge and experience in Healthy Influence and will be able to use that knowledge and experience tomorrow.
While I greatly enjoy individual success, the greatest pleasure I've found is helping other people to their own success.
